These Terms govern services supplied by ALHA Digital OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Services

The specific services, deliverables, schedule and price are described in the applicable quote, proposal, order confirmation or service agreement.

2. Orders and payment

An engagement starts once the customer accepts the relevant commercial terms. Payment timing and amount are disclosed before payment. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in the currency shown on the invoice or checkout page.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information and any materials or access reasonably required to deliver the service. The customer is responsible for having the necessary rights to materials supplied to us.

4. Delivery

Services are delivered digitally. Estimated timelines depend on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required customer information.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership or licence terms for project deliverables are stated in the applicable agreement. Pre-existing tools, know-how and materials remain the property of their respective owners unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve any issue. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing terms

Mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law prevails where it cannot be contractually excluded.
